Nrithanjali & Kalolsavam 2018

Nrithanjali & Kalolsavam

WMC Ireland province launched Nrithanjali, an all-Ireland dance competition for children of Indian origin in 2010. This event is hosted every year, in October November months.

Nrithanjali was conceived with an objective of not just arranging a venue for our children for showcasing their talents, but to consciously develop in them a pride about India’s heritage, arts and culture in this distant land.

In 2012, Kalolsavam was added to Nrithanjali. Kalolsavam has competition for all non-dance items. From 2015 onward, this arts festival has become an international event, where it is open to children of Indian origin from across the world.

Competitions are conducted for more than twenty five items in sub juniors, juniors and seniors categories. Participants can register for single and group performances.

The winners will receive certificates and trophies at Nrithanjali & Kalolsavam prize distribution ceremony cum X’Mas and New Year celebration scheduled in December.
